The Great Sprout Bout

Two Newquay surfers are challenging each other to a brussels sprout eating contest. Fore Street's Cafe Irie employee Joe Stramik and regular Matt (Mook) Ball are planning to eat 500 sprouts to raise money for Surfers against Sewage (SAS) and Rural Community Link Projects. They hope the 'Sprout Off' will be come an annual event.
