Marketing Photographs - Is your business hard to

can quickly and efficiently capture an image of your business that will give
it a totally new perspective.
The image alongside is a good example of where normal ground-based photography could not show the premises off to its best advantage. The Trewyth Tea Gardens and Restaurant is set some twenty feet up a steep bank leading down to a main road. The photograph was taken from the opposite side of the road above the tree line which otherwise would have completely obscured any photograph. To give an impression of the camera optical quality also note the zoomed image of the couple on the patio which was achieved without any subsequent computer enhancement. |

Selling property - The photo of a property can be what persuades a potential buyer to look further. Surveying work - can be enhanced and assisted in certain circumstances. Building surveyors may require more detail to be obtained of certain parts of a building which are inaccessible without costly scaffolding and labour arrangements being put into place. With on-site viewing of the images to be captured, the client can direct the shots required. Images can then be stored, left with a property owner or e-mailed depending on the surveyors requirements. |
Planners and developers - being able to see an elevated representation of a planning proposal can prove particularly helpful in gaining a perspective on the site which might otherwise be restricted to two-dimensional drawings. Developers may find the elevated recording of a building project from the 'green-field' stage through to when the site is left, of particular interest for their portfolios and marketing purposes.
