Around 100 former players of Newquay Hornets Rugby Club gathered together for a special reunion at Newquay Sports Centre to celebrate the club´s Golden Anniversary - it being 50 years ago this year that the club settled at its home in Newquay and 75 years since it was originally formed and played at various other locations in the county. The event preceded a club match against visiting side Hendon who are also celebrating 75 years as a club this year.
