After a year since the first intake of trainees at Jamie Oliver´s Fifteen restaurant at Watergate Bay, some are now moving on to challenges outside. Newquay´s Sam Lounds and Michael mallet are two of those who have turned their lives around through the experience. Katri Iivonen of Newquay Voice interviewed them.
