RSPCA cheque

A passion for walking has led Chrissy Dunmore to the epic hike in the snows of Kilimanjaro. They used the trip to raise money for the RSPCA & handed over a cheque for £1000 on their return.

Oxfam Fairtrade

Oxfam in Newquay has launched a special Fairtrade intiative. The charity shop is taking part in Fairtrade fortnight to raise awareness in the importance of Fairtrade products. Showing off the raffle prizes are Marcia, Sam Edwards, Jill Fortune & Mark Hall.

Lane Theatre play

Lane Theatre did a great job of replicating the deep south of a 1980s Louisiana with its recent production of Steel Magnolias, and managed to raise £500 for a local charity at the same time. £500 was donated to Cornish Charity Shelterbox.
