The jam and cream argument continues. Jack Johnson tried to settle the debate whether jam or cream goes first on the scone when he visited the Atlantic FM studios on Saturday Afternoon. And he did it the Cornish way, cream first followed by the jam!He shot down to the radio station within hours of hearing the bad news thatthe first of two gigs at Watergate Bay had to be cancelled.Jack chatted exclusively to Saturday afternoon presenter Chris Lawrence,before performing a live intimate set with fellow musicians Mason Jenningsand G Love.For thousands of dissapointed fans, all was not lost. Listeners were treatedto half an hour of uninterrupted acoustic sounds from the Hawiian music andsurf god himself.Atlantic FM's Programme Controller Tim Ley said:'We were very pleased to receive the call from Jacks people asking if theycould come to Atlantic FM studios in St Agnes to have a chat and performsome songs, as a way of trying to make it up to all the fans who missed outon Saturday nights wash out gig. 'He added' I'd like to say a huge thanks to Livenation and SW1 Productions for makingthis happen.'In his chat with Chris, Jack revealed this was the first ever gig of his tohave been cancelled and left him feeling 'bummed'.Despite this, Jack Johnson and co put on an amazing set and happily greetedand signed autographs for fans that came to Atalntic's clifftop studios.And for all those fans who missed out, Jack said exclusively on air that hewill be returning to Cornwall to gig again.If you missed the live coverage you catch it again on www.atlantic.fm
